there staff was great and the location was the best. Restaurant were across the street. the nightlife was fantastic I cant wait to go back and enjoy all San Juan Puerto rico has to offer.

This was our first trip to Puerto Rico and did not know what to expect. Our stay at the Holiday Inn San Juan was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very nice. On arrival we recieved an upgrade to a room with a balcony which overlooked the pool. We were a block walk from the beach and the rates were very reasonable. Our stay was most enjoyable and would book again on a return trip.

Excellent service, very warm, friendly, helpful, hospitable people. Beautiful room, great central location. I was really very impressed. Much more than you would expect from a Holiday Inn. Room was comfortable, very clean, excellent housekeeping, all details thought of. Nice decor.

This was a beautiful hotel with great service, however when we got there I don't think that our room had been cleaned. The sheets were dirty but the bed was made. The front desk was very quick to send house keeping up to re-clean the room.
