Rooms are very small,with no ameneties other than TV. 2 very small single beds which along with their pillows are very uncomfortable. Dont take your car as Driving and Parking are a disaster. Staff not over friendly. Restraunt staff are nice and food excellant.. Prices so so. Recommend breakfast across the gardens on the east side. Good large meal ...

I have stayed at the San Diego hotel about 5 times. Its right in the middle of town. Walk out your door and the street comes alive with people. The jardin is just across the street and is surrounded by restaurants and musicians that stroll under the tree lined walkways.

I stayed here about 13 years ago with my spanish club in high school. It was one of the most beautiful coolest hotels I'd ever seen. The town is just incredible too. I'm going to retire there.
