Clean, Confortable, Friendly ServiceThe staff is nice and friendly. I speak fluent Spanish therefore had no problem communicating with the service. My kids enjoyed the indoor pool and the room service. The food was delicious although some of my first choices were not available, my second choices were just as good. Gorgeous view of the courtyard with pool and palmsThe staff spoke decent English and was responsive to my needs (even before I tipped them), they always asked whether I wanted anything for the room. The room was quite clean and did not smell. The matrass was somewhat rigid, but not uncomfortable.
