I liked the location and the service of the hotel. My husband planned ahead something special for me and concierge took care of it perfectly for him, it was a wonderfule experience. The only thing I disliked was the small elevator and the valet parking was a bit cramped.

Usually stayed at the Quality Hotel. This time I was scheduled for Four Points. What a treat! Class act! Great service! Convenient to airport, and a quick ride to downtown. Can't wait to go back!

Not happy of the check-in wait as I had to wait almost 45min. and I checked in after 4pm. When I was finally let in, the room was still being made up when I got to the door. Not impressive.

Fortunately, the staff was very professional and courteous. Rooms were spacious and clean. Cost for the hotel was unbeatable. Check-out was quick and easy.

This is a well operated, no frills hotel. I would stay here again with no hesitation.
