Our stay was only for a few hours so we did not avail of any services. The room was clean and quiet. The parking lot appears to be used for multiple uses. Trucks, service vehicles and such, that were apparently not related to guests staying at the hotel, were also using the lot. This gave it an "industrial" area feel.

THIS IS MY 4TH TRIP TO TORONTO AND I HAVE NEVER BEEN MORE PLEASED WITH ANY PLACE I HAVE STAYED.WAS TREATED LIKE A KING FROM THE FIRST MINUATE I WALKED IN THE FRONT DOOR.THE PLACE WAS WONDERFUL AND THE PEOPLE WAS TO WRITE HOME ABOUT WILL NEVER STAY ANY WHERE ELSE.THIS IS A $500.00 A NIGHT ROOM FOR A VERY LOW PRICE.HATS OFF TO THE STAFF. THE RESTURANT WAS VERY VERY GOOD ROOM SERVICE THE BEST AND AFFORDABLE TOO.THANK YOU

The staff were nice and very helpful. I was not aware until after booking our room that there was not a subway line from the airport to downtown. The staff helped with driving directions to downtown and to the nearest subway station. The room was clean and pool was nice but a bit chilly.
