wowI love the location of this hotel, right beside the mall, and its very easy to find. I stay here on my business trips, and though have had problems with the wireless internet in the past,and sometimes the TV's can be a little small, but the as the other review said, the staff services is wonderful.

Great StaffI have made this my hotel of choice for the last two years. The customer service at the front desk is phenomenal, and are always willing to go out of their way. The food in La Provence Dining room is excellent. I would recomend any dish. Hats off to the chef!OVERALL

bad stayAll i can say at this time is that when I last stayed here, there was many things wrong with the hotel. Off hA=and I remember that the elevator sounded like it was going to break down and that was the consences of everyone that i met on the elevator. I wrote to the manager expressing my concerns, and positives, but did not get a reply back. Will not recomend this hotel.
