We just stayed at the Radisson. They just a huge renovation in all of the rooms, and it was wonderful. Check in took about 4 minutes or so, but there was a long line so considering it went very quickly! the staff was so nice as well. the thing that stood out most was we were in the elevator and a staff person came on, and the first thing they ...

Called to make a reservation and host ask what she could do for me, because she was very busy. Almost like no time for me. Their customer relations (hostess) must not understand the link between customers $tay and her paycheck.
Not sure if I'd stay there.

The hotel is over 25years old but is in fairly good condition for its age. It was probably really quite nice in its day. The rooms are clean but could use some fine detailing. Unfortuanetly this place has gone downhill over the years since it was bought out by the large chains (now a Radison). The prices are pretty high for the area and the rooms are surely nothing special. Service is just ok. The best hotel in northern wisconsin

I loved the service and location. Lombardi's restruant was excelent. Possibly the best steak I'd ever eatin. This hotel was a great stay and would def. stay again.

Great All Around

This place was awesome! THe employees were friendly and the food was great. It's right in the downtown so we could walk right to bars and not worry about driving. There pool i sopen 24 hours too so we were able to sit and catch up with old friends late in the evening without kids around. It was nice - can't wait to go back. The front desk even gave us a late check out so we could sleep in!
