When we got to the hotel, our reservation was apparently screwed up and it took awhile to check in. When we finally got to our room, it was dirty. The coffee pot hadn't been cleaned or emptied, there were no cups or ashtrays and the bathroom sink leaked all over the floor. The bathroom floor had hair on it, especially in the corners. The mini-fridge had brown gunk all caked inside it. We asked for a new room and got it. The new room was OK.
