Damp, musty rooms. No elevators, very frustrating if you have a child in a stroller. Price of room is way too high given the quality and cleanliness of the room.
Italian restaurant was good, buffet in main lobby restaurant was dreadful. Golf was pretty good, although tee times were very limted. Waterpark OK. In summary, the resort needs a major refurb.
