Our room was awful. I had stayed there before and had a lovely room. The room we got on November 29, 2008 (and I'm sure they weren't busy at all) was a huge diappointment. We had no view....the heater was so loud that it kept us up all throughout the night.....there was hair in the bathtub, ....it was small...not cozy.....I will not go back. It was not worth the over $100 I spent on it.

Great location - it's a short leisurely walk along the river to downtown. The hotel was clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and efficient - I had few minor maintenance issues which were taken care of expeditiously even though it was Thanksgiving weekend. From the moment we made our reservations to the time we left we were treated with respect and geniune kindness. They were really glad we were there. Worth every penny for the room and outstanding service.
We can't wait to go back.

I have stayed at a lot of hotels, and this one falls somewhere in the middle. It was nice, but for the price, I was expecting a little more...namely a refrigerator in the room. My wife and I went out to dinner and brought back leftovers, assuming there would be a fridge in the room. But, you know what happens when you assume...and the food went to ...

perfect location for going to the Veterans area every day just a 10 minute walk across the river. The hotel was close to shopping as well, enjoyed the stay.
