Great for LayoversThis is the closest hotel to the Seattle airport (SEA). It is across the street and a two minute free shuttle ride. The staff was friendly, rooms clean and comfortable, free wifi and the hotel is constructed to keep out airport noise. Poor ServiceI forgot a hairbrush. Couldn't survive without one for four days, so went to staff for help. They shrugged. I had no rental car and they didn't even offer to get me a cab. Bellman finally drove me to nearby drugstore and got in trouble for it. Room had water stained ceilings.
