We stayed at Hotel Andra for two nights before leaving for our cruise to Alaska. We arrived at 2am and were greeted at the curb to help with our bags. Hotel Andra is not only beautiful but really clean as well. The hotel staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is located within walking distance of the space needle, aquarium and port. ...

Hotel Andra - Excellent!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/13/06
Wonderful Customer Service (particularly the doorman. From the moment I stepped out of the taxi, he actually new who I was, to my surprise. He also, instead of just giving me directions, walked me down to a waterfront restaurant on his own time and then recommending the "Copper River" Salmon, available for only a couple of months out of ...
A great hotel makes a trip. The Andra was inviting from the beginning and didn't dissappoint. I'd recommend this place to anyone (except those looking for a very cheap place to stay).
there was not anything i disliked about my stay.I enjoyed my stay because the staff was very kind helpful and curtiouse. What ever my needs were they were meet.

Perfect for a newbie to Seattle!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/01/05
Extremely comfortable rooms and helpful front desk staff. Great looking lobby and rooms. Loved the color palatte used. Very unique and clean. Perfect location for anyone who has never been to Seattle. A car is not necessary to access many of the main attractions. Walking distance to Pikes Place, downtown shopping district, monorail (to seattle center/space needle) as well as the free downtown buses. We had an all around great stay!

Great renovations and style, unremarkable location
The rooms are large and nicely decorated - sort of a W-like modern/retro feel to the whole hotel. Staff was generally courteous. The building itself has very few floors, meaning the views are lacking - an anonymous street with other anonymous low rises.
In-room wireless Internet access provided by T-Mobile, meaning you have to pay separately for it.
The view was spectacular and so was the food. We came in for the first night of our honeymoon and it was the perfect way to unwind and enjoy our first night together after a stressfull wedding day.
As a former resident of Seattle, it meant a lot me to find a comfortable, affordable place to stay in the city for a few days. That I was able to find a suite so close to the heart of downtown, where the tone of the hotel staff was low-key, respectful, helpful and fun; where a restaurant like Lola's was connected to the hotel lobby, AND ...

Beautiful hotel
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/20/05
Our stay at the hotel was great. Great friendly service, rooms are decorated with a unique style. We ordered room service and didn't want to get out of bed because they are so comfortable. The concierge was so good, they helped us find every restaurant we wanted to go to and even sent us an appitizer! We went to Lola for drinks, the bar was ...
