Rooms were clean and decent, nothing fancy. Location was good, within walking distance of Space needle. But the staff was of NO HELP in assisting us with transportation. We were not told of shuttle and were given wrong directions for the bus which made us late for the ballgame.

Other than that is was just OK, esp. if you will not be in the room very much. I would prob'ly try a different place if I ever return.

First they claim to have a shuttle service for the downtown area. The shuttle service is terrible. I waited for almost 2 hours to be pick up from the Convention Center.
Second, the hotel is not the cleaniest. There were ants in the bathroom of the room.
Third, the hotel management did not make any accomadations for me.
For the money they are asking for, it is not worth staying there.

We stayed 2 nights. The hotel staff, desk clerks and house keeping very friendly and helpful. The shuttle takes you anywhere you want and picks you up. We parked our car at check in, didnt have to use it until we checked out. What a great service. The 2 shuttle drivers are very nice.
The room was to full of " stuff "
But we would stay again
