It wasnt anything special about it. the breakfast was really good though. the room wasnt bad it was just ok. i would go back although it was a little pricy.

WE WILL BE RETURNING THERE NEXT WEEK FOR THE THIRD YEAR IN A ROW OVER MOTHERS DAY WEEKEND. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE OUR KIDS PLAY IN A HANDICAPPED BASEBALL TOURNAMENT NEARBY AND IT COULD NOT HAVE BEEN A BETTER FIT FOR OUR TEAM. WITH THE EXCEPTION OF ONE MINOR INCIDENT WITH THE STAFF, EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT. EVERY ASPECT OF THE HOTEL WAS A POSITIVELY FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE. WE CAN'T WAIT UNTIL NEXT WEEKEND

My room had the most awful cat urine odor. It permeated my clothes and luggage. The staff knew it smelled because a floor fan was going in the room when I arrived. The staff did not offer me another room, or a discount/money back. I left at 11pm, and drove back to Richmond rather than look for another hotel. The worst experience I have ever had with a hotel.

We return every couple years, I enjoy the free breakfast, it's nice and spacious and the location is perfect. I dislike the fact that pet are allowed. I'm sorry I don't own any animals and I don't feel a hotel should be a place for pets.

Very good hotel. Although the suite is a little small for a suite, it is clean, new and comfortable. A door separate the bed room and the living room. Two separate TVs for each room. Fridge, microwave, hi speed internet and free buffet breakfast included. Only complain is they charge $1/day for the safe automatically, although you could request that remove, who would remember that? Overall good value for the money.

Overall it was an exceptional experience staying in the suites. The hotel had pool and gym area conviently located. The staff were very helpful in getting us whatever we needed. We will definately use them again simply for the personal service we received.
