Wonderful attentive staff. Arrived during a cloud-burst and staff was extremely helpful. Maid service was excellent. Having family in area, we have stayed at several motels in Rutland through the years. This was a basic hotel. Nothing too great. The worst part about our stay was the service. The breakfast closes @ 9:30AM and a staff member rudely told customers that it was closing and was practically forcing people out of the eating area. The Cleaning Staff were hovering outside our room from the time we went to breakfast. They grumbled ...

Likes: Staff was friendly, room was clean. Breakfast was great, they had waffles and ample choices of muffins, yogurt, cereal, juices and coffee, etc. Pool was nice, they also had a great jacuzzi that had very strong jets, awesome!

Dislikes: Sauna was not working at the time of my visit. =(

The staff was outstanding, from the people at the desk to housekeeping & they were very accomodating & friendly. The continental breakfast was excellent. The location of the hotel is great The room was spacious & clean. We had a slight problem one night that was taken care of immediately by the manager. I will definitely stay there again.

We have been coming here for many years with our AAU team and the girls just love it! The pool is great and so isn't the location!! The people are very friendly and always treat us with great respect!
