The staff was very friendly. The air conditioner set at the coolest temp. did not keep the room at a comfortable temp. The bathroom door was warped and would not close without slamming it. A child or someone with a disablilty would never get it opened once it was closed. The balcony view might have been good if the windows weren't so dirty. The ...

The best thing about the Red Lion SLC is the sleep, unless you stay on the top floor. The beds are the most comfortable beds I've ever been in and the pillows (4 per bed) were great too.
