Rooms not ready when promised. Had to change clothes in public restroom. Agreed to come back later when rooms had finally been cleaned. Came back to find that our rooms had been given away to those more disgruntled than us. Gave us last available rooms that were nothing like we had reserved. Very rude manager was amazed that a $20 discount did not make everything A-OK. Lots of other unhappy people.
