First off we were there in off season when the hotel/campground area was not overcrowded. This place is huge and I can imagine what a zoo it might be during the summer.
With that being said it was quiet and the rooms were good enough. This is not a five star hotel but it is quite doable and puts you right next to Bryce. The room was comfrtable ...

Cheesey money maker for the owner
By Mark K, 04/23/08
It provides incorrect information about pricing and services.
It regularly charges more than you were told.
It never refunds, even if you did not authorize charges.
The pool is unguarded, overrun by arrogant teenagers in plastic boats (!?) and guests are not able to use it- but they pay for it.
The women's "changing" room ...

Spent a couple of nights here in early August. The room was adequate but nothing special. Found the shops and reception area noisy and unwelcoming. The restaurant was so busy in the evening the queues were out into the Reception area so we gave up and struggled to find something to make a 'picnic' with in the store. Breakfast buffet was ...

Everything you need. Horse rides, rodeo, two restaurants and wifi. A refreshing Oasis out the middle of nowhere. It is refreshing to see after driving past all of the dive motels on the way up there. We bought the Western Adventure Package and went riding in Red Canyon with Ruby's Red Canyon Horseback rides. It was the highlight of our trip.

Pricey and weak sevice

Motel rooms ok but not good. Service poor. Ice machines did not work at half of the locations in the motel. Food prices high for the quality.

Almost Dream Getaway

In August of 2005, we had a King jacuzzi room booked for 2 nights. The remote didn't work, but someone promptly fixed it. The jacuzzi didn't work, but they refunded to us the difference. What we enjoyed was walking to a great supper buffet and huge general store. It's a great center of activity if you want that, but then retreat to ...

good hotel, not so good of a resturant
By rich k, 05/21/05
The hotel was pretty nice. The resturant left much to be desired. The attitude seemed to be, we are the only place around where else are you going to go. I would probably stay at the hotel again, but I wont eat at the resturant if at all possible.

not a pleasant experience
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/07/05
We booked this hotel for thanksgiving for a package that included king spa room along with ski rentals. We called a week earlier to check on the reservations (not a normal habit) and were told that there were no reservations in our name...seemed like their computers are not properly linked up. If a system crashes ..so do all the reservations ...

Stayed 5/16/04. Wow, it has everything you can think of, even has coin operated internet connections in the lobby. We had reserved two rooms on the ground floor and that is what they had waiting and they provided the requested fridge and microwave. The rooms were clean, quiet, beds were ok.
