  • overpriced and inadequate training for service performance

    attended a birthday party:
    1) Parking fee is extra - banquet cost $1,000.00 per table of 3,w/25% service charge and $2.50 per piece for cake cutting.
    2)Coke is served out of a container and not from bottle, losing all the bubbles.
    3) waiter/waitress lack of formal training; don't know how to hold two spoons to serve;don't know how to ...

  • Decent, but way too expensive.

    Hey, it's a Hilton. So of course it's gonna be a decent hotel. Nice rooms, nice building. No question about that... But the prices are really getting out of hand (more than $200 per night!). I'm sorry, I don't care how rich you are - that's just crazy. San Gabriel isn't exactly Beverly Hills, you know. Oh, and the parking lot is a nightmare.

  • Can't wait to go back

    Customer service was excellent. Traveling with a children is challeging. Their front desk made it a kids friendly place. When I arrived it was late. I was exhausted from the long drive. They had my room ready and even upgraded me so I have more space. They had the crib ready for my baby. When my 5 year old saw an ad for crayons in the hotel. ...
