The room was clean, attractive and comfortable. Our room was quiet but I don't think having a room off the pool areas would be quiet. We liked the room, including the bathroom, but in comparing it to other places we've stayed, I think it was overpriced at $149. The complimentary breakfast was all carbohydrates so we skipped that.

I have stayed a number of times at this hotel visiting family in Missoula. It has always been satisfactory, sometime even nice. Last week, when I stayed I was shocked to find a charge for an extra $100 on my credit card bill. Wonderful staff, beautiful facility, a courtyard full of hot tubs and "lodge decor". HUGE Plasma TV in our room. We were just passing through and expected such a big beautiful place to be $$$, but it was quite reasonable for the hotels in the area. This is a must stay if you are in Missoula.

We stay here every winter and we absolutely love it everytime.We stayed in there sweet, and it was extremly clean and very relaxing in that room.

We needed a rollaway bed for our little girl and they said they would bring one. Waited and waited. She had to sleep on the floor. I did not leave tip....Noisy highway traffic. Unconcerned staff....

The Breakfast is quite nice and room are real nice the people working there are great to deal with and love the lobby and small hot tubs, just wish they were a little hotter. Parking is also great.

I made a reservation and was provided a confirmation number. When we arrived and attempted to check in, I was told they had no reservation under my name. I gave them my confirmation number and was told they still had no reservation. The staff was able to get me into an available room, however we did not get the bedding arrangement or room style ...

This has to be one of the best places I've ever stayed. The indoors decks, decor & staff were all fantistic. If you are in the mood for nice country vibe that is clean & inviting I believe this is the place. My stay lasted 3 months due to working in the area & it was like a home away from home for me. The cost was nice too.
