This will definitely be my hotel of choice when visiting Salem. It was centrally located to the sites that we wanted to see. The hotel was clean; the service was extremely friendly. It's hardle a waterfront hotel. Pictures on the web give an ilusion of a luxury hotel but it is very functional with little amenities - not even a decent obby to sit in. Pricy compared to other places and staff extremely unaccommodating - we just wanted one hour extension on check out. I won't go back to this place.

We enjoyed our stay but there was no flexibility at the front desk. There were so many parking spots available and we needed to have guest parking for about two hours. The hotel refused it. We like to go to Salem for a week around Halloween, but 10/05 was the first time we'd managed to get a hotel room in Salem instead of outside of the town limits. The hotel was great!!! Very friendly staff; clean, comfortable rooms; excellent location right in the middle of town. We were right in the midst of all the Halloween festivities, and we had a great stay there! We booked our room for 10/06 right after we left in 11/05!!!

A group of us spent Halloween at the Salem Waterfront, and we had a wonderful time! The hotel is beautiful, clean, conveniently located in Salem, and right next to the water. I would not even consider staying anywhere else when I am in salem.
