We have stayed here a lot and it's always our first choice. We stayed at the Hyatt once because the rates were lower but were disappointed. Waiting in line for breakfast is always better than the buffet. Reserve early because you can get the same room for $139 that you'll pay $179+ when they start to book up.

Nice hotel, rooms were spacious and well appointed. We had a problem with the shuttle service--even though it was a complimentary service, we were left in Old Town waiting for the shuttle for an hour while they couldn't get in touch with their driver. It was dark, everything closed down and they wouldn't commit to not coming so we weren't sure whether to call a cab.
