Where do I start? There was hair in our bathroom, the walls are tattered and worn, the toilet didn't flush until we had to hold it down for about 5 seconds, we were told we had wi-fi and it didn't work all night, the continental breakfast wasn't that good. I felt like we over- paid for out stay. The people were very nice, though.

I felt the rooms were very dirty and smelled alittle stale. It definitly could use some good cleaning and updating. But i've never met someone so kind and helpful as the pretty young lady who checked me in. Keep up the good work!! I beleive she said her name was Desiree.

If you want a $200.00-$400.00 room go to Hershey. I always stay at this motel, winter, summer. The staff is very kind and considerate. They will
fix anything that may go wrong, quickly. It's a busy little place and sometimes
a room may not be quite ready. Its taken care of immediatly. I'm going in August, 2007. I have never had a problem ...

MY NEIGHBOUR HAD RECOMMENDED ME ABOUT THIS PLACE WHO VISITS HERSHEY EVERY YEAR AND THIS PLACE IS EXCELLENT WE ENJOYED OUR EVERY PENNY AND MY KIDS LOVED THE GOLF COURSE AND WE WOULD DEFINATELY STAY SPECIALLY THEY HAVE THE VERY FRIENDLY @ SMILLEY STAFF.

This was the dirtest motel that I have ever been in.
