I liked the luxurious things which were provided to me when I was here and the swimming pool was the best!

Nice hotel with a great location there is a nice mall with lots to do and see across the street,the drinks are a little pricy but isnt everything in cancun, not very crowded at all, I would recommend because the rooms are very comfortable and the pools are very nice the hot tub was not hot but the sun was.

Hotel nice enough, but no lifeguards and a continual riptide on their beach for the 9 days we were there.
My husband and two children almost drown as it took several minutes to find lifeguards to get down to the beach. There are no warnings on the beach other than a red flag in one area, which most people don't know what it means.
BEWARE!

We split up our 8 day trip and started at an all inclusive resort then moved for the last 4 days to Aqua Cancun....let me tell you, as soon as you enter the lobby it was perfect! The view, aromatherapy and music from every part of the hotel was fabulous. Splurge on the "club level" and breakfast, snacks..even sushi and drinks are ...

the hotel is absolutely beautiful with infusion of aromatherapy. great view with nice rooms. However, the quality of housekeeping is not consistent day t0 day. I do agree with other reviewers that food and beverages onsite are expensive.

My favorite thing about this place was the pools they were SO NICE!! Every pool was a different temp. and there were 5 or more my favorite one was the infinity because you could just hang on the edge and Stare right at the ocean and listen to the waves role in and out (w-o-o-s-h w-o-o-s-h)very nice!!!!!

this was my favorite hotel ever. the grounds are beautiful, lots of pools if you don't want to go to the ocean. siete restaurant was fabulous - must have the breakfast buffet. best i have ever had and i've stayed in a few fancy hotels. staff was wonderful and rooms are constantly being cleaned. aromatherapy smell of the hotel is great too. directly across from a huge mall too. i can't wait to go back!

Beautiful views, serene atmosphere, very chic with great service! The best 3 days of relaxation I ever had on vacation. All I would add would be a morning yoga class, but I guess that is what the Tai Chi DVD was for.

Take your DVDs, CDs, and MP3s as they have a player in the room. Take instant coffee and tea to use with the in room coffee ...

I loved the food, the rooms, the beach, the pools, and the service and archietcure!
It's great!
