When we advised the Manager of the problem, He spoke to the server who continued to ignore us and the manager failed to follow up on the problem. Great location, great view beautifully done... service is terrible adn manager's response even worse. Been twice and 1st time was ok but figured they must be having a off night. 2nd time wa much worse despite it being a quite night.

We have been here three times now, and have not been disappointed. The sunset at the Tiki Bar is gorgeous. The bar staff is attentive and friendly. After cocktails we dined outside. The fish sandwich was fabulous everytime we were here. Again, the staff was attentive and knew the menu. If there is a game you want to see, head inside to the sports bar - guaranteed you'll enjoy the experience all around.

I was so impressed with this place. It literally had everything. You could come back 5 times and have 5 completely different experiences. The martini bar was heaven!

Who needs to go to Key West, when paradise is right here!
The sports bar was heaven and martini bar was beautiful. My meal was awesome and nothing like a nice cold drink looking at that gorgeous sunset and water on the bay!
