I recently enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Elizabeth's Chophouse while visiting Marquette. The restaurant came highly reccomended and definitely lived up to everything we had heard. I was most impressed by the service. The entire staff was extremely well trained. The young girl managing the front was so welcoming and professional and our server ...

August 22, 2009 - Let me share my not so fine dining experience last night.Sat at a table with no napkins, place setting for two when asked for a table for three. Service by child actors who really have no clue and think that slow equals fine dining. A wine list with no vintage dates for the "fine" wine. Have never seen that one. A waiter ...

The food is very overpriced, I paid over 50 dollars for a steak that was dry and overcooked. The strawberry salad was good, but Coco's does it alot better for half the price! I shared a creme brulee dessert with my wife, which was good, but very plain compared to ones we have eaten on vacation in Chicago. The owner, Elizabeth, was there, ...

I took my girlfriend here for a nice romantic night out. It was exactly that! I spoiled her with great appetizers, food, and wine. While it was a little pricey, the experience of a romantic dinner in such a beautiful setting with the woman you love makes it worth every penny! I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a romantic dinner or even just to spoil themselves just a little bit.

Elizabeth's is a beautiful place to eat and the food is very good. The problem is that i could eat 2 or 3 times at other restaurants that I like for the price of what I paid for 1 meal at the chop house. It is very expensive. I think in a larger market, this place could flourish, in Marquette though, I can't see how it can stay open. ...

I have enjoyed dinner at Elizabeth's Chop House several times. I have tried many of the steaks, the Prime Rib being my favorite. The entrees will be accompanied by a side dish of choice and the soup de jour or salad. The portions are a bit too large, much larger when compared with other fine dining restraurants I have had the opportunity to ...

Very nice, place took my boyfriend for his birthday. We both had steak, cooked medium the best way to get steak in my opinion, Augratin potatoes, and he had the widowmaker beer. Waitress was very knowledge and friendly, made sure we had water. Food was amazing the vegetable soup was to die for, and the white peach pie just melted in your mouth. We ...

We visited Elisabeth's Chop House as it looked to be the best in town. Lovely atmosphere, excellent mixed drinks. The environment was crisp, clean, and chic. Bread basket was lovely. Waitstaff quite helpful. We were jangled out of a very relaxing appetizer when a tray of dishes hit the floor. Then, not 10 minutes later, the bus staff ...

My wife and I finally took the opportunity to visit Elizabeth's Chop House and were quite impressed overall. It looked great inside with very simple decor based in hardwoods and matte finish black with a couple modern water fountains used as dividers between the bar and the dining room. I noticed immediately that each table had fresh flowers ...
