Lantau is absolutely beautiful. Not the most populated place, quiet with great beaches. Take a bus to Cheng Chau; there's a wonderful South African restaraunt on the beach, not sure of the name of it but it has amazing food and a wonderful atmosphere. Definetly worth a visit.
