Nathan Road is a blast. I stayed at the Prudential in Feb.,08. All the places to eat. All the shopping you could ever want and more. I only stayed 2 nights but you can be sure that next time I go will be for a few nights more. Hong Kong is a wonderful city.
Stayed in a hotel(Prudential) Nathan Road for 3 days, 4 level shopping center was at the lower floor of our hotel, My wife had the time of her life shopping along Nathan Road and in all the markets nearby. We loved eating dimsum at the ground floor of a hotel across the street(Shamrock) for breakfast. Best dimsum we ever tasted.

Good Food on Nathan Road, Hong Kong
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/18/08
Tried a restaurant called "Shamrock Seafood Restaurant", next to Shamrock Hotel on Jordon, Nathan Road! GREAT FOOD, especially the traditional homemade "roasted dishes", BBQ Pork, MUST TRY, I've tried the stream fish and the sweet and sour shrimp as well; fish, very fresh and the shrimp, tasty! Most importantly, not expensive!
Great place to shop. Love this place. Make sure you bring your credit cardsssss. Even if you don't shop, enjoy a stroll along this road and experience Hong Kong city living.

The street is bustling with people looking for great bargains. We had to spend at least a good day here looking. I surely bet most people will be back again to get more goodies.
