You would expect that a fine dining restaurant in a 5-star hotel would deliver, and Grissini does. The food is very good and the Sunday brunch is excellent. The "modern" tiramisu is also one of my favorites.

Italian Flavor combined with high class dining
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/10/05
Grissini is definitely romantic with its moody lighting and its beautiful harbor view. I was lucky enough to stay at the Grand Hyatt, so it was a pleasant surprise. Great food and service- we received complimentary Foie Gras. Great wine list. However it's not the usual Italian food- it's a bit fancier than your usual italian restaurants and combines italian flavor with high class dining
