Me & family been eating at Zen for past 10 years, we like the food & friendly serives.
Peking duck , Dim Sum, sea food & home cooking dishes are really good.
Must bring your oversea guest there.

dim sum is food is not about service, it's about cheap and tasty. zen is both. the service at zen during dim sum is polite, but of course inattentive b/c they're servicing ~15 tables per waiter. that's why you're getting cheap food in a ridiculously high end mall. if you want dim sum + service go to the conrad hotel, also in the ...

It was probably the worst service I have seen. I ordered the duck, fried rice, and an appetizer. I left the dinner after finishing my duck and the peanuts. Rice never showed up and the appetizer came after I was finished with my duck and the peanuts.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody.

Zen has been around for as long as Pacific Place has been open, and its convenient location means that there is no shortage of business.

Food is not bad, although the list of choices for dim sum is rather short. It is also a madhouse at lunch, with tables crowded together and too few waiters to pay attention to you.

Not my choice of venue for dim sum lunch.

My friends from NY came and I really wanted to impress them. However, Zen offered some of the worst service ever, which made the entire dining experience very unpleasant. Furthermore, the dim sum choices there can be quite limiting and it's not like the prices are cheap to compensate for the lack of service and choice. All around a bad deal.

we had dinner for a party of 8 about 2-3 weeks ago... it was friday nite at 7pm... which meant the restaurant was not that crowded yet... however, we managed to find 2 dirty glasses and requested for exchange 2 times per glass...
overall service was really so so...
also, food was below average quality...
