If you are over four feet tall, you will not be able to take a shower, or you can double over. There is no need to get up in the morning, as there is no alarm clock. Also, there is no coffee, micro or refrigerator. There is plenty of company all night long, as the street walkers use this place as their "Home away form home" with their Johns. The friendly homeless people will watch your car for a fee.
I read the reviews after I booked Good Nite Inn and was expecting an unpleasant stay. Checked in desk help was very friendly and nice. This property appears to have been freshened up recently and new beds were being delivered as I checked in.

THE SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE! THE TOILET OVER FLOWED AND WE HAD TO TAKE CARE OF IT OURSELVES. WE HAD NO HOT WATER FOR ALL FOUR NIGHTS THAT WE WERE THERE. THEY SAY THAT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR, BUT THIS PLACE WASN'T WORTH TEN CENTS!
It's RIGHT off of the freeway and close to pretty much all that you need if you're just passing through RP. I can't imagine anyone WANTING to stay here, there's not much here. But if there are no places to stay in Santa Rosa or Petaluma...here's your best bet.
