The staff and owners of this lovely hotel are so helpful. They genuinly want you to enjoy your stay, and nothing is too much trouble for them. I have to say, I have never had such a positive experience of a hotel. Quality of service filtered down to everything. The breakfast and meals are very good, location and views are fantastic - we had a corner room, facing lake and mountain. We will definitely be back!
