There was nothing we didn't like, the hotel was lovely our room clean can;t get over how white the towels and sheets were wish I could get mine that clean , the staff very friendly and always had a smile , the food was great unfortunatily for us because we gain weight. We had the best vacation and I highly recommend this resort.

As a family of four with a 10 and 16 year old, we found the Resort to be fantastic. The kids were never bored and the service was always top-notch with the one exception being the bike rentals in front of the hotel. The mopeds were top drawer but the bikes were in terrible shape. An excursion took us to a nearby village at least 5 or 7 ...

this is the best hotel i go in my life i feel like i am god. the service is really good i really loved breakfest diner and nightlunch. I agreat the beach and the beach party i love the show and the karaoke and i liked the poolbar

NOTHING!! IT WAS TRUELY AN UNFORGETABLE EXPERIENCE!! CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK!! IT WAS SO MUCH FUN AND THE STAFF WAS JUST AMAZING! NEVER WANTED TO SLEEP N CRIED TO COME BACK!! YUMMY FOOD,GOOD SERVICE AND VERY CUTE GUYS FOR ALL THE SINGLE LADIES!! OVERALL I WOULD DEFENATLY RECOMEND THIS LOCATION TO EVERYONE IN NEED OF A GOOD VACATION!!

We went to Cuba during the Christmas for a week. The hotel provides excellent service. The beach is white sand beach. Water is crystal clear. The staff worked so hard and very freindly. We had great experience over there. We will go back this year, for sure.

I absolutley loved the people..the were so helpful and caring everyone's needs. The resort was unbelievable and so so beautiful. We stayed for 2 weeks, and i wish it was so much longer. I rave this place to everyone, and recommend it to everyone!
