The location was great. Close to Victoria Station and Pimlico Underground. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and included in the price. The room was comfortable. I really have no complaints and am considering staying there again. My only minor complaint would be the street noise, but that could be solved by requesting a room on the other side of the building.
