I loved the relaxed pace of the resort. There was never any rush to get to any event or meal. The staff where extremely pleasant and helpful.

This place was excellent. It was right beside the beach and the pool was great. They had all fun games durring the day which kept the people who wanted to participate busy. The room service was great, and we had no problems with out t.v or a/c. The food was very blan but what ever was a little bit wrong about the hotel the staff made up for it. ...

Firstly about the hotel, it is most definitely the paradise we thought we were going to.
Of two a la carte restaurants, only one was ever open, and the buffet restaurant was pretty boring after the first 4 nights or so.
Food is ok but very bland; we eat out on four occasions!

WE MOVED AFTER A WEEK OF TRYING TO BE RELOCATED.
The rep kept stating we'd have to pay to move, £750 each week on top of paying over 3k already!

Let's start with the rooms. We were one of the lucky ones to have a hairdryer, but that was short lived as it disappeared after 5 days!! No fridge!! The a/c and tv broke and it took 6 complaints over 3 days for the a/c to be fixed, the tv never was!! We did have clean towels every day though!!

The food was more or less the same every night ...

Air conditioning constantly breaking down, not all rooms had hair dryers as stated, Satelite TV - huh! Only 2 channels actually worked - Good job I like the Cosby show!
