This hotel is too expensive for what it is.

The only thing that·s negative, is the expansive money to give at such hotel.

But for the rest, I have not so negative opinions about this hotel.

very bad hotel!

When I visited in June 2007, the hotel showed various problems: bathromm without hot water, the lift was in maintenance,bathromm nedd repairs, carpets have stains,most the time no had towels,and in front desk service ,people are not friendly.
Breakfast which was included, always was cold and dont have orane juice.
I and my wife, we will not come back in this hotel.

Rooms are not clean, carpets have stains,in the 3 days that i stayed, no vacuum was done, only change sheets in the bed and throw the trash if any, bathroom need repairs in general, most of the time no had towels were provided only bath towels and they need to be replaced with new towels.
Front desk service, people are not friendly, probably they ...

Great value hotel

When i visited in September 2004, the hotel was very conviently placed near to the Sambil Shopping Centre. Taxi's are easy to find outside the hotel. The hotel restaurant was wonderful, and the breakfast was filling. Rooms are clean with large beds and sitting area's, plus cable TV and balcony. Staff were all polite and helpful, so i am planning to travel again and visit this hotel. Overall making my holiday experience very enjoyable.
