the hotel is in good shape and run well. the front desk staff were very helpful and did little extra things for us all the time.

we commuted into vienna to see the sights on the s-bahn train. it was frustrating if you wanted to go to events in vienna at night, the s-bahn service wasn't as frequent. it would have been better if we had a car for that reason.
