I go back again and again.The hotel location is excellent. It is a couple of blocks away from the main area in Asmara, yet isolated from downtown traffic and noise.

we would like to see improvementWe really like the location and the Garden Bar.The morning breakfast was good and the attendants were courteous,housekeeping ladies were ok but the front desk and the main lounge employees are rude unfriendley and have no clue what customer service stands for.Any minor sevice request is considerd to be a fevour and it has to be approved by the GM ...4 of 4 Yahoo!
