The Guy from Ohio is right. Kanchi Hotel does not have proper reservation system. The staff was rude and do not care about the people who stay there. The food was very good. I think the management should consider staff training in order to attract travelers from abroad.

The guy above is blabering.....I had one of the best times staying in this hotel........The food and the service were awsome........It is one of the best hotels in Chennai......For all da vegetarian food lovers....This is the best place in Chennai....

I made a hotel booking in Kanchi through phone for my stay in Chennai. I was confirmed of a reservation by the hotel staff.
