This hotel was billed as simple and clean - it was simple but was terribly dirty with cobwebs on the ceiling and very dirty carpets and bedding with mold in the bathrooms and a build up of dust on the fan. The owners were nice and did a good job with breakfast but the inside of the building needs to be gutted and rebuilt. Additionally, no fresh linens were provided during our stay and we had to seek out fresh towels. The location was good.
