    Club Bali Hai in Moorea is not the Sofitel. Nor is it $1000/night for an over water bungalow. The digs are getting long in the tooth, but the view and the wonderful staff make up for it.     I stayed for 3 days at Club Bali Hai two weeks ago (September 14-17th). It was my second stop on a French Polynesian adventure (Tahiti, Moorea, and Bora Bora). I had read many reviews and felt like I knew what I was getting into with Club Bali Hai: not the nicest place, but at a good price. Charm over luxury. Well, I wish it was even close to that. ...
