refers to the price and the facilities as a local 5 star hotel, this hotel can be used for reference once u stay in medan. although the location is not a good reason ( about 20 minutes from polonia airport) but i guarantee that u will get very good service and comfortable to stay here. Hotel security is tight & service is good. However internet service sucks & somehow they overcharged the internet access service in the hotel. Food is okay but they really need to work on room internet access facilities

Angkasa is the best place in town (until Marriot will be ready at least). The place is clean and well managed. The price is very resonable compared to other places in town. The location is ok depending what you'r up to. They need to work more on the breakfast buffet! You can enjoy some good Spa facilities too.
