After a not so warm welcome by incessant rains in Chennai, the place really put us off. Our confirmed booking for A/c was given after a whole lot of argument. Room / toilet, in fact the whole place is in shambles. Staff devoid of courtesy. Food cold (and they claim it is normal).

A pity, such a good place going to dogs!!
