Arcadia is a place very near the beach. The hotel is not western standards however it is spartin but clean.

It is comfortable and I always stay there rather than get ripped off in the city center, a great value for people that want to save money and have the black sea at there door step. The # 7, 11 and 5 bus to the city is good transportation and the #6 tram takes you to the train station and the city center in walking distance.
