From the minute I arrived everyone was pleasant and kind. I was greeted by a beautiful man opening my cab door and he was a great help my entire trip. The staff was willing to be at my call at any hour and no matter where I was. This is the only hotel out of 10 in the London area that I will ever stay at again.
