  • An easy base for exploring Lake Como

    At first the Hotel Metropole seemed quite noisy, with the clanging of car ferries nearby. But over the course of a few days, as we settled into the rhythm of Bellagio, the coming and going of a ferry became part of the charm of Lake Como.   • Relax at the Hotel Metropole Bellagio

    A lovely 3 star hotel in a quaint little town, Bellagio, on a peninsula jutting into Lake of Como. The room was overlooking the lake and hotel's roof garden - spectacular. The hotel is in a piazza full of shops & cafes, in the centre of the town. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast is served in the breakfast room looking directly at the lake. A great location, with plenty to do or just relax.
