I like how they wanted to help each and everyone of my family memebers and wanted to see if we needed anything at all.Everything was fantastic!!! Keep up the good work!!!!!!!!Love you lots!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ended my birthday at The Houstonian...and found it to be quite relaxing and quite. The room was impeccably clean and everyone was extremely nice including other guests and staff. The location was convenient to everything in Houston and was in the most serene place I could imagine. I felt as though I left houston for a weekend. I also admire the health and relaxtion theme the hotel portrays. I would definitely stay here again...:)

at the cafe there is a lady making smothies with out hair net or gloves touching her noise and scratching her head her name is Ruth.the hotel was not as i tough is was going to be a horrible experience.

The location was perfect and the staff went out of their way to assist us with information on ski packages, tours and shopping. The service was great! The complimentary breakfast was a real treat and a money saver. We met other guests from all over the United States and enjoyed visiting with them.

It was awesome. The hotel is beautiful, and the staff is terrific. We spent our first anniversary there and were treated like royalty. The concierge was fantastic and left no detail out.

THE BED WAS THE BEST PART, IT WAS THE MOST COMFERTABLE BED I HAVE EVER SLEPT IN. THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN. WE ATTENDED A WEDDING THERE AND THAT WAS THE NICEST WEDDING I HAVE EVER SEEN, IT WAS BEAUTIFUL. IT WAS SO WELL PUT TOGETHER. IT SEEMED NO ONE HAD ANYTHING TO WORRY ABOUT. I DIDNT GET TO EXPLORE ALL THE HOTEL, BUT ONE DAY I WPULD LIKE TO. AT THE WEDDING ALL OF THE HOTELS STAFF WAS VERY POLITE.

Growing up in Houston I have been here many times and always found it to be very elegant. I thought I would spend my wedding night here before heading out for the honeymoon. I needed to be at the church by 4pm for photos which coincides with check in. They were completely unwilling to help with an early check in though. When I called the day ...
