Kiva InnWe have stayed there on two times. Both times I requested and was assured that I would receive a non-smoking room. Both times I received a smoking room and was even told by the front desk that rooms on the ground floor were all smoking rooms, which is where my room was located.You did not find this review helpful.0 of 1 Yahoo! Bad ServiceThe lady at the front desk was not nice at all or helpful. The room
had bugs in there, ask to speak to Manager and they kept telling me
he is not there or he is out of town. The pool was not clean. Two of the elevator where not working, finally on the third day they had them fix. The Manager needs to be there or tell his people not
