I stayed here recently during a convention and the staff was friendly and helpful each time I needed them. Good location close to plenty of Dallas attractions. The elevators getting to your room and certain floors can be confusing. The fourth floor pool was great.

I was there for 2 nights and three days for a conference. The check in moved quickly even thought there was another conference going on at the same time.
