I HAVE BEEN STAYING HERE FOR THE PAST THREE WEEKS AND THE PEOPLE THERE ARE VERY HELPFUL AND THE ROOMS ARE VERY CLEAN. I READ ALL THE REVIEWS AND THINK THAT PEOPLE RAE JUST TRYING TO GIVE HOTELS A BAD NAME BECAUSE THEY WERE NOT RESPONISBLE ENOUGH TO HANDLE THEIR BUSINESS.

i think this hotel is one of the best in corpus christi, it has one of the best locations, just a few meters away from the ocean, they even provide free breakfast, and the rooms come at an afforadable price.

I try to cancel a reservation for the labor day holiday and when I called them 3 days in advanced they told me that I wasn't registered there but three days later my account was debit for 126.00 dollars. when I called they said that I didn't make an attempt to cancel and plus I needed a comfimation number to cancel.how could I cancel when I was told that I wasn't even register there?

I am in the service industry and service is not something that this establishment knows how to give. The room was dirty. The A/C was not working right. The bathroom was filthy. And, when I attempted to cancel a reservation for the following weekend, I was told they could not locate my reservation to only billed for this sme one on my credit card for which I was trying to cancel (5 days in advance).
